Course FAQs

The course is 4-weeks long. We meet once a week for 2 hours from 6pm-8pm.

Other than completing the weekly challenges (and using your 1 private coaching session with Holly) there are no additional time requirements involved in this course.

You will be invited into the private Facebook group for Mindful Motivation members only.

This Facebook group will remain open after the course has ended, so we can continue to support one another throughout our transformations!

Right now, this is an in-person course and it’s best if you live in the Metro Detroit area.

BUT, a digital platform is in the works and will be available in the fall of 2017. 

We will meet at Soul Space in Rochester Hills, MI.

We are currently limited to 20 spots.

Mindful Motivation is currently only $200 at the Early Bird special rate.
The course goes to its full price of $300 on October 14, 2017.

To put it in perspective, a typical private coaching session with Holly is $90. You are getting one of those within the course… along with 8-hours of teachings, a course book that costs $40 and a lot of other cool surprises. 🙂

If you attend the first week of the course, complete the challenge (and show proof that you’ve completed it) and still feel like this course isn’t for you, $160 will be refunded to you. The course book is yours to keep once purchased.

Once you’ve attended the second week of the course, a refund option will no longer be available.

Payment is due the first day of the course and can be paid via cash, check or credit card.
